3. In the layout, it should be considered whether the installation direction of the valve body is reasonable. The valve core should be in the horizontal direction to prevent the self-weight of the valve core from affecting the sensitivity of the valve. In particular, the reversing valve must be horizontally arranged.

4. The distance between the hydraulic components should be greater than 5 mm. The electromagnet on the reversing valve, the pilot valve on the pressure valve, and the pressure gauge can be extended beyond the mounting plane of the valve block to reduce the volume of the valve block. However, be careful not to touch the other parts.

5. The shape and position of the common oil hole of the hydraulic valve block should be determined according to the design requirements of the hydraulic system.

6. The installation parameters of the components on the hydraulic valve block should be considered as far as possible so that the channels to be connected are preferably orthogonal, so that they are directly connected to reduce unnecessary process holes.

7. Since each component has more than two oil passages, these holes must be connected to the holes of other components and the common oil holes on the valve block. Sometimes direct connection is impossible. Process hole.

8. The hole design of the hydraulic valve block is to determine the number of process holes required to connect the holes, the type and position size of the process holes, and the hole diameter and hole depth of the holes on the valve block.

9. The minimum wall thickness between the non-passing holes must be checked for strength.

10. It should be noted that the fixing screw hole of the hydraulic component on the valve block should not touch the oil passage, and the minimum wall thickness should also be checked for strength and so on.
